Camp Kieve 2016: WHAT A BLAST (plus Deirdre's salad dressing recipes)

Wow what a great time at Camp Kieve this year!!! I'll be posting some photos and hopefully some video footage as well. In the meantime, here's Deirdre's Ginger Miso Dressing Recipe and her Blueberry Vinaigrette dressing:

** olive oil

**apple cider vinegar

**miso (any type but "red" is classic)

**Ginger

**1/2-1 carrot

**2-3 dates

**water to thin

**garlic is optional

Blend on high till smooth

Blueberry Vinaigrette Dressing:

**olive oil

**vinegar

**blueberries

**honey

**salt

Optional: thyme, sage and lavender
